Liz was just what I needed! I am motivated but need that extra push which she can extract! She has a fab repertoire of skills including gym workouts, boxing, stretching, and movement skills. I do both individual and group sessions with Liz and she knows how to work a program across a range of fitness levels. Highly recommend her!!
After 3 months with Liz you can definitely see the difference. The ‘tuck shop’ lady arms are starting to go away and there is now muscle showing
Her training sessions for us are always different so we never get bored. There is always a growl as to what she will come up with next but it is all worth it. She makes exercising fun and sure knows how to push you.
Liz is too much fun. She trains you hard but you leave smiling and with results. I am more toned and energetic since training with Liz. We get a full training session including dietary tips and exercises including cardio & weight training and yoga moves and stretching – she’s always introducing new moves to help us get the full potential of our bodies! – She’s the full package!
My first encounter with Liz was on the phone. Having never met or known each other we managed to speak for over an hour and I immediately gained insight into a person whose approach to well-being is truly holistic. She talked about how intellectual, spiritual and emotional ‘fitness’ were equally as important as physical fitness in contributing to the overall health of a person. And she followed through on this philosophy supplementing a thoughtfully structured workout routine with considerations and advice on diet, lifestyle and attitude.
